Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of cuvescience.com and any purchase you make from Cuvé Science LLC. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or comparable organisation, and that you are legally permitted to receive these materials in your jurisdiction.

2. Products

Product descriptions, specifications, and documentation are provided for informational purposes. We make no representation that any product is suitable for a particular application. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, scientific, or professional advice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice, and to limit quantities.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We are not obliged to accept it, and we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including where we believe the intended use falls outside the terms above, where pricing or availability information was incorrect, or where we suspect fraud.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and confirmed by us.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is made manually via Zelle or Venmo using the details and payment reference shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

• Orders remain on hold until we manually verify that payment has been received.
• You must send the exact amount shown and include the payment reference in the payment memo. Payments without a valid reference may be delayed while we identify them.
• Orders where payment is not received within 7 days may be cancelled without notice.
• We do not automatically verify payments. Confirmation is manual and may take up to one business day.

Payments are made directly through Zelle or Venmo and are subject to those services’ own terms. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect recipient, for funds delayed or held by those services, or for payments sent without a reference that we are unable to match to an order.

5. Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched from Scottsdale, Arizona, typically the same or next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for ensuring that receipt of these materials is lawful at your delivery address. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are restricted.

6. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of these materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. Our full policy is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

7. Prohibited use

You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute our products for human or animal consumption, or represent them as suitable for such use. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and accepted laboratory safety practice.

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling and lawful use of any product purchased from us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuvé Science LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Information you provide at checkout is used to process and ship your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell customer data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
